During a cupping session with our Kyoto and Tainan teams, this coffee stood out among dozens of samples. Its bright and distinctive profile was exactly what we had been looking for.
It performs beautifully as both filter coffee and Espresso, with notes of jackfruit and berries, a sweet boozy black cherry character, and a smooth chocolate finish.
